on which Section 23(i) of the Companies (Amendment) Act, 2017 will come into force i.e. March 05, 2021.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Section 23(1) seeks to amend Section 92 of the Companies Act, 2013 dealing with Annual Return :<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"p4\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">the words \u201cindicating their names, addresses, countries of incorporation, registration and percentage of shareholding held by them\u201d shall be <i>omitted<\/i>;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">(<i>c<\/i>) after the proviso, the following proviso shall be <i>inserted<\/i>, namely:\u2014<\/p>\n<p class=\"ind4\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u2018Provided further that the Central Government may prescribe abridged form of annual return for \u201cOne Person Company, small company and such other class or classes of companies as may be prescribed\u201d.\u2019.<\/p>\n<p
