Chief Justice of Himachal Pradesh High Court Constitutes \u2018National Law University, Advisory Committee\u2019 to look after the matters of HPNLU<\/p>\n

The Hon\u2019ble Chief Justice of the Himachal Pradesh High Court has constituted ‘National Law University, Advisory Committee’ to look after the matters pertaining to Himachal Pradesh National Law University.<\/p>\n

This committee will comprise the following two Judges of the Himachal Pradesh High Court: –<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Hon\u2019ble Mr. Justice Tarlok Singh Chauhan<\/li>\n
  2. Hon\u2019ble Smt. Justice Jyotsna Rewal Dua<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The Hon\u2019ble Chief Justice of the Himachal Pradesh High Court shall be the ex-officio Chairman of the Committee.<\/p>\n

    Importantly, all recommendations made by the Committee shall have to be placed before the Chief Justice of the High Court before any follow-up action.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
