IDIA Odisha has been actively functioning for more than 5 years now and has been striving hard to achieve the targets set by IDIA.\u00a0 After organising a series of successful events, IDIA Odisha brings to you, AMALGAM’21- A creative expression competition.<\/strong><\/p>\n

About the event<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Amalgam<\/strong>\u201921\u00a0<\/strong>goes big and better again! In this year\u2019s competition, we set the stage bigger, by inculcating varied creative events for the hidden talents, that will give all the participants with varied interests complete freedom to explore their ideas and put them in\u00a0a language of creation of their own. It is different because here, you are adjudged on the basis of comparison between writings of varied and diverse genres.\u00a0Amalgam<\/strong>\u201921\u00a0<\/strong>brings to you a set of competitions amongst competition to explore your best creative talents!<\/p>\n

Categories of Creative Writing<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Poetry<\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. Non-fiction prose (1500-2000 words)<\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. Fiction prose (1000-1500 words)<\/strong><\/li>\n
  4. Cartoon Strips<\/strong><\/li>\n
  5. Film and Book Review (1000-1200 words)<\/strong><\/li>\n
  6. Photography (50 words)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The\u00a0Registration Fee per Submission\u00a0<\/strong>is as follows:<\/p>\n

    –\u00a0Single Writer:\u00a0Rs. 200\/-<\/strong><\/p>\n

    –\u00a0Co-writers:\u00a0Rs. 300\/-<\/strong><\/p>\n

    – Submission in 2 fields: Rs. 350\/-<\/strong><\/p>\n

    To encourage more participation,\u00a0a maximum of two submissions<\/strong>, which can be in same or different categories, is allowed per person.<\/p>\n
