Singla <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">of the Punjab and Haryana High Court Bar Association. The event was covered on the association\u2019s <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/punjabharyanahighcourtbar.in\/events\/insolvency-and-bankruptcy-code\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">official website<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and their <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/PHHCBA\/photos\/a.679500355514083\/2155310631266374\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">social media page<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><b>Description of the book<\/b><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">by Akaant Kumar Mittal is a practitioner\u2019s guide on the jurisprudence that has developed on the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 so far. The commentary deals with both corporate insolvency and individual related insolvency and bankruptcy. It discusses the procedure stipulated under the IB Code along with the relevant Rules and Regulations framed by the Government and the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India. The book touches upon the issues of cross-border insolvency and group insolvency. It covers almost all the decisions of the Supreme Court and National Company Law Appellate Tribunal along with rulings from different High Courts and National Company Law Tribunal Benches.
