Amends &#8216;General Obligations&#8217; relating to constitution of Investment Committee by the Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Securities and Exchange Board of India (Alternative Investment Funds) (Amendment) Regulations, 2021<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">SEBI amends the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Alternative Investment Funds) Regulations, 2012.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>In regulation 20,<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">(i) in clause (iv) of the proviso to sub-regulation (6), the symbol &#8220;,&#8221;
