With heavy hearts, TNNLU fraternity conveyed their farewell to their outgoing Chancellor. Notably, in the frightening times of the lockdown in March, 2020, Justice Sahi penned a letter to the legal fraternity titled, \u201cShifting Horizons\u201d dated 15th April 2020. Following the superannuation of Justice Sahi, Justice Sanjib Banerjee was appointed as the Chief Justice of the Madras High Court and the ex-officio Chancellor of Tamil Nadu National Law University,
