It is in the form of copyright, patents, Trademarks, design, integrated circuit lay out design, trade secret, and geographical indications, bio-technological inventions, traditional knowledge, inventions related to plant varieties, farmers\u2019\/ plant breeders\u2019 rights.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Every type of intellectual creation is socio-economic oriented. But there is requirement of protection to the creators for their economic and moral rights involved in it. At the same time, the dissemination of\u00a0intellectual property knowledge among the society is essential. The industry also requires connection and involvement.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">All Participants are required to design the logo incorporating the above idea and the\u00a0<strong>name of the Centre in full.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<strong>Last date for submission<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; 16th January.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><strong>GUIDELINES<\/strong>&#8211; \u00a0The logo must be designed as a\u00a0<strong>VECTOR IMAGE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">All submissions are to be made on\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:cirf.journal@gmail.com\">cirf.journal@gmail.com<\/a>\u00a0addressing the Director of the Centre, Prof. Dr. S C Roy.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><strong>ACCOLADE<\/strong>&#8211; The winner of the logo competition will be awarded with a Certificate and a\u00a0prize amount of Rs 500\/-<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><strong>Important Note: The author of the selected logo shall be entitled to the\u00a0Certificate and the prize amount of Rs 500\/- but shall have no claim of any\u00a0<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Intellectual Property Rights in the logo, either present or in future.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;
