Fali S. Nariman, Prof. Gabrielle Kaufmann-Kohler, Mr. Gary B. Born, Prof. Martin Hunter, Prof. Loukas Mistelis and Prof. W. Michael Reisman.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>The articles published by IJAL have found mention in numerous noteworthy works, including books, treatises, commentaries, ASA bulletin of the Swiss Arbitration Association, Secretariat\u2019s note on Bibliography of recent writings related to the work of UNCITRAL, and the Report of the High-Level Committee to Review Institutionalization of Arbitration Mechanism in India.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>MODE OF SUBMISSION<\/b><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>The manuscripts for Volume 10, Issue 1 of IJAL, which is scheduled to be published in July 2021, may be submitted via email to\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:editors@ijal.in\"><b>editors@ijal.in<\/b><\/a>\u00a0latest by\u00a0<b>March 31, 2021<\/b>.<\/li>\n<li>The manuscripts will be reviewed by the Board of Editors over the course of twelve (12) weeks after the submission deadline for Volume 10, Issue 1 has elapsed.<\/li>\n<li>We accept manuscripts year-round, on a rolling basis, and any manuscript submitted after the aforesaid deadline will be considered for the subsequent issue i.e. Volume 10, Issue 2.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>CONTRIBUTION GUIDELINES<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Each issue contains (i) articles, which analyse topics of permanent interest from major national jurisdictions as well as contemporary international issues, (ii) notes, which cover topical recent developments and on-going debates in the field and (iii) book reviews.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Authors are requested to adhere to our Contribution Guidelines, available\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/ijal.in\/sites\/default\/files\/_PermanentFiles\/IJAL_Contribution_Guidelines.pdf\"><b>here<\/b><\/a>.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Authors are requested to provide a
