GNLU Centre for Corporate and Insolvency Law, in collaboration with Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India, UNCITRAL Regional Centre for Asia and Pacific and United Nations Coordination Committee is organizing an ‘International Conference on Insolvency Law and CISG@40’ on 18th December 2020. The Conference comprises of the following: Inaugural Session: 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM Panel Discussion on CISG: 12:30 PM – 01:30 PM Technical Sessions on Insolvency Law: 01:30 PM – 03:30 PM Virtual Round Table Conference on Cross-Border Insolvency: 04:00 PM – 06:30 PM.<\/p>\n

The Panel Discussion and the Round Table Conference will be graced by Practitioners, Experts, Lawyers and Academicians from around the world working in the field of UN-CISG and Insolvency Law respectively. The Technical Sessions will also be composed of presentations from Academicians, Industry Professionals and Students across the world.
