This journal aims to make an effort in identifying the key areas of Intellectual Property, Competition Law and Data Protection Laws that coincide or overlap each other and yet remain complementary. There is huge scope for application of Intellectual Property and Antitrust Laws in India and therefore, this journal seeks to delve into academic research so a legitimate contribution may be made to the practice and jurisprudence around these laws. Information Era, the codename for the 21<sup>st<\/sup>\u00a0century, is indispensable to the growth and progress of a modern economy, particularly data based economies. Further, we may recognize that the basis of Intellectual Property happens to be application of the idea and exclusivity thereon while the object of Competition Law is also based on information, be it in the nature of trade secrets, protected information or through practical tools such as non-disclosure agreements. Information is the key to power in the 21<sup>st<\/sup>\u00a0century and therefore it is important to recognize the same and in support of this theory, this journal extends the scope of examination and inquiry to Information Law.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>Submission Guidelines<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The submissions can be made under any of the following categories: Articles\/Research Papers\/Case Comments.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Word Limit<\/strong>\u00a0for each Category-<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Research Papers<\/strong>&#8211;\u00a0<strong>5000-7000<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>words<\/strong>\u00a0exclusive of footnotes.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Articles<\/strong>&#8211;\u00a0<strong>3000-5000<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>words\u00a0<\/strong>exclusive of footnotes.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Case Comments<\/strong>&#8211;\u00a0<strong>2500-3000<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>words<\/strong>\u00a0exclusive of footnotes.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Book Reviews- 1500-2500 words<\/strong>\u00a0exclusive of footnotes (please note that the book should have been be published within the 2019-2021 duration and must be relevant as of April, 2021).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Please note that the word limits are not hardcoded.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Co-Authorship, for research papers only,<\/strong>\u00a0is permitted up to 2 authors.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The contributors must adhere to the\u00a0<strong>Bluebook 20<sup>th\u00a0<\/sup>Edition<\/strong>\u00a0citation format.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All Articles &amp; Research Papers must include an\u00a0<strong>abstract<\/strong>\u00a0of not more than\u00a0<strong>350 words<\/strong>.
