In two of the judgments uploaded on the website, the case details mention the bench strength of three judges but the judgment carries the name of only two.<\/p>\n<p>In<a href=\"https:\/\/www.scconline.com\/blog\/post\/2020\/11\/19\/all-is-not-lost-for-shiksha-mitras-as-sc-dismisses-their-plea-challenging-2019-assistant-teachers-recruitment-process-but-asks-up-govt-to-give-them-a-third-chance\/\"> Ram Sharan Maurya v. State of UP<\/a>, C.A. No.-003707-003707 \/ 2020, the bench, as per the case details, consists of Justices UU Lalit, Vineet Saran and S.
