The Labour Department, Haryana has taken up a series of measures to improve ‘Ease of Doing Business’.<\/p>\n

The emphasis has been on simplification and rationalization of the existing rules and introduction of information technology to make governance more efficient and effective. In furtherance of Section 4 read with Section 81 of Information Technology Act, 2000 and in compliance of Business Action Plans (BRAP) 2020 of the Department of Promotion of Industries & Internal Trade [DPIIT], Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India, the State Government of Haryana has approved maintaining records in electronic form under following Labour Laws and Rules framed thereunder:-<\/p>\n
