The two days Webinar includes panel discussion amongst eminent experts in the field and paper presentations.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The organizers of the Webinar call upon professionals, academicians, administrators, students, young and upcoming research scholars, social activists to present their research papers relevant to the below-mentioned sub- themes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Theme:\u00a0<\/strong><strong>LAW, PUBLIC HEALTH AND PANDEMICS: CHANGING DIMENSIONS OF RIGHT TO HEALTH<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Sub- Themes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><em>Access to health care, essential medicines during pandemics;<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Access to health care for non- pandemic cases during pandemics;<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Ensuring adequate hygiene and sanitation during pandemics;<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Ensuring healthy working conditions during pandemics;<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Ensuring healthy environmental conditions, right to prevention, and control of diseases during pandemics;<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Right to be free from non-consensual medical treatment, medical experiments and research during pandemics;<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Right to a system of health protection providing equality of opportunity and non-discrimination during pandemics;<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Any other topic falling within the theme of the Webinar.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Submission Guidelines<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>The abstract shall not exceed 300 words.<\/li>\n<li>The abstract shall contain:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Title of paper,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Brief idea of the paper,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Conclusion indicating author\u2019s perspective,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Key words of the paper<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>The abstract shall indicate the name, designation, institution details, e-mail address and telephone numbers of all contributors<\/li>\n<li>Co-authorship is permitted to a maximum of one (First author+ second author)<\/li>\n<li>Full paper must be of 2500-4000 words (exclusive of footnotes)<\/li>\n<li>Format: MS Word (.doc, .docx), Font Type: Times New Roman, Font Size: 12 point, Line spacing: 1.5<\/li>\n<li>Follow Bluebook 20<sup>th<\/sup>edition while writing footnotes.<\/li>\n<li>Abstract and full paper shall be submitted to\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:alumnilawcuk@gmail.com\">alumnilawcuk@gmail.com<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Abstract and full paper shall undergo review and Plagiarism check.
