The Blog is thematic in nature, with diverse themes being introduced each quarter to cater to the dynamic legal landscape. The submissions are accepted on a rolling basis for each quarter.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It is dedicated to facilitating discourse and creating a body of scholarship on contemporary legal issues. It aims to provide exposure to intensive research and comprehension of complex matters within the contours of the quarterly themes. The blog provides an industry interface and explores key insights essential on the professional as well as the academic front.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Theme<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A world economy left in ruins by the Coronavirus pandemic has forced policy makers to take one (or a hundred) steps back to reassess their approach to building a sustainable future \u2013 starting with creating a more resilient economy and infrastructure.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The national commercial law space has notably undergone a striking upheaval with the focus now placed on surviving rather than profiting. With companies focused on advancing technologies to tide over this crisis, intellectual property rights have been pushed to the forefront, and international players have optimistically come together more than ever before.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">For this quarter (October\/November\/December), they welcome submissions on a rolling basis under the broad themes of:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>International Law<\/li>\n<li>Commercial Law<\/li>\n<li>Intellectual Property Law<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The themes are broad, keeping in mind the need to encourage cross-disciplinary legal research. They hope to receive original, unpublished submissions that are including but not limited to articles analysing contemporary developments, research notes, and opinion pieces.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">General Guidelines<\/h4>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Submissions are accepted from academicians, legal professionals and practitioners, and students at all levels of legal study.<\/li>\n<li>Word limit: Between 1000 to 1500 words, exclusive of endnotes. Longer posts may be accepted and published in parts.
