It has been founded with the objective of facilitating arguments in black and white. Legal Research skills form the core of the learning process in any dimension of law.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>About the Blog<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">RSRR, in 2017, began with its Blog Series which provides a platform for critically analysing contemporary and unexplored legal issues. The RSRR Blog Series was named one of the top 35 Constitutional Law Blogs by\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/blog.feedspot.com\/constitutional_law_blogs\/\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/blog.feedspot.com\/constitutional_law_blogs\/&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1601371825676000&amp;usg=AFQjCNHphw81JnBBld4lxAo-9PmhahUJGQ\">Feedspot<\/a>. It has been chosen from thousands of options based upon the relevance and influence of the blog, among other factors.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>Call for Blogs<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">The RSRR Editorial Board invites submissions from students, academicians, lawyers and other\u00a0professionals from the legal fraternity on a rolling basis on the theme &#8220;Exploring the Challenges to Criminal Justice Administration&#8221;. The submission may deal with any contemporary issue within the broad theme. The selected blogs will be published on the website of RSRR.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">By the means of this series, we aim to increase dialogue and discourse on the pressing issue of the shortcomings in criminal justice systems around\u00a0the world. Since criminal justice administration pivots around the core processes of crime detection, adjudication and correction of criminal conduct, it affects the criminal justice system at large. Hence, it has become imperative to address the administrative lacunae in the legal\u00a0framework.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>Submission Guidelines<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ol style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<li>All submissions must be in Garamond, font size 12, spacing 1.5.<\/li>\n<li>Referencing:\n<ul>\n<li>Manuscripts must include hyperlinks for relevant legal sources and other information, including any laws, legal documents or facts which are mentioned.<\/li>\n<li>The Hyperlinks must only link to legal or reliable\/ respected news sources. Deviations or interpretations of existing literature should preferably be referenced as endnotes to give due credit to the original author.<\/li>\n<li>Relevant legal sources that cannot be accessed online may be referenced as endnotes. The endnotes should be in Garamond 10, single-spaced. A recognized, uniform style of citation is necessary for acceptance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Word limit for each post is 1500-1800 words (exclusive of endnotes).<\/li>\n<li>Authors are required to provide an abstract of 100-150 words along with the\u00a0keywords that represent the essence of the submission. The abstract is to be submitted along with the article itself.<\/li>\n<li>The entries should be submitted in the .doc\/.docx format only.<\/li>\n<li>Entries that will\u00a0be selected after the review stages shall be published on the RSRR Website.<\/li>\n<li>E-Certificates will be awarded to the authors of each published blog.<\/li>\n<li>Co-authorship of a maximum of 2 persons is permitted.<\/li>\n<li>The author(s) bear sole responsibility for the accuracy of facts, opinions, or views stated in the submitted manuscript.<\/li>\n<li>In case of\u00a0plagiarism found in the contents of the submitted manuscript, the manuscript shall be subject to\u00a0rejection.<\/li>\n<li>Copyright of all blog posts shall remain with RGNUL Student Research Review.<\/li>\n<li>All moral rights shall vest with the author(s).<\/li>\n<li>The manuscripts not abiding to the above guidelines are liable to be rejected.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align:
