Exceeding the word limit may lead to rejection of paper.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Submission of a paper amounts to consent to such publication and transfer of copyright to The Maharashtra National Law University (MNLU), Nagpur and consent to edit the paper as may be required if the submission is accepted. The author shall cooperate with the editor in respect of such editing.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">All references must be in the form of footnotes with font size 10 and should be according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nlunagpur.ac.in\/PDF\/2019\/MNLU%20Mode%20of%20Citation%20and%20Guideline%20for%20Researchers.pdf\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/www.nlunagpur.ac.in\/PDF\/2019\/MNLU%2520Mode%2520of%2520Citation%2520and%2520Guideline%2520for%2520Researchers.pdf&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1601038378118000&amp;usg=AFQjCNF3IUnGa-QdjdMbv19HRgBVvukanA\">MNLU Citation Style<\/a> as available on the website of the University.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">The work should be original, previously unpublished and must not be in the stage of submission\/ consideration elsewhere.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Certain papers can be published in the University Journal, if the quality of the paper is deemed fit to the organizers.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">There will be five technical sessions, each based on one of the sub-themes of the conference.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">RULES FOR PARTICIPANTS:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Co-Authorship to a maximum of two authors is permitted.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">The full papers will be peer reviewed by the organizing committee and only shortlisted authors will be invited to present papers.
