Classes have shifted online, webinars and interactive sessions are held virtually and many innovative applications have set the stage for friends and colleagues to stay connected.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">On this note, NLIU MCA takes\u00a0immense pleasure and pride in announcing the\u00a0<strong>3rd edition of the NLIU-Link Legal National Client Counselling Competition, 2020<\/strong>\u00a0proposed to be held virtually from the\u00a0<strong><u>16th to 18th October 2020<\/u>.<\/strong>\u00a0The fundamental aim of this competition is to develop the counselling functions of a lawyer in a holistic manner, by providing a unique opportunity to have a deep insight into the behavioural aspects of counselling.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Counselling is all about giving such information which a client would like to know regarding his legal problem\/case. In order to satiate the client, a lawyer is expected to have excellent listening and advisory skills required to conduct a successful client interview.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><strong>Platform<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">The competition will be held virtually. The platform for the same shall be notified later.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><strong>Important Dates<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Last Date of Provisional Registration: 5<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0September 2020<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Last Date of Registration: 20<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0September 2020<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Release of Pools: 3<sup>rd<\/sup>\u00a0October 2020.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Rounds: 16<sup>th\u00a0<\/sup>October &#8211; 18<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0October 2020<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><strong>Registration Process<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">The colleges have to register themselves with us, provisionally first by sending in an email to our official id which is\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:mca@nliu.ac.in\">mca@nliu.ac.in<\/a><strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Please note that only\u00a0<strong><u>24 teams<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0will be selected on\u00a0<strong><em>\u2018first come, first serve\u2019<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0basis.
