Established under the aegis and mentorship of Mr Gautam Bhatia, Abhinav Sekhri and Apar Gupta, the society&#8217;s objective is not limited to education but also to engage with legal processes in the community.\u00a0 This Society is an enterprise to set in motion discourses about issues of\u00a0constitutional importance, within the student community and raise awareness of the Constitution among the masses.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><strong>About the Blog<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">The PCLS Blog endeavours to create a space which\u00a0fosters independent academic thought, inculcates a culture of research and ignites conversations on matters of constitutional law and constitutional values.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">We are glad to invite posts from students, researchers, academicians, legal practitioners, and those who support the cause to further the objectives of PCLS, HNLU.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><strong>Theme<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Any work that deals with constitutional law is eligible for acceptance. Analytical submissions are preferred over descriptive ones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><strong>Guidelines for Contributions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All submissions should be mailed for review to\u00a0<strong>editorialboardpcls[at]<a href=\"http:\/\/gmail.com\/\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=http:\/\/gmail.com\/&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1598635598276000&amp;usg=AFQjCNEvn351z2bqmTpG5GeEm1Bo5wCW9g\">gmail.com<\/a> <\/strong><strong>with the subject \u201cSubmission for PCLS Blog\u201d.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The minimum number of words in the submission, including endnotes, shall be 1000. There is no maximum limit.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By submitting an article, the author undertakes that the\u00a0article is an original work and has not been submitted, accepted or published elsewhere.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Co-authorship is limited to a maximum of two authors.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Plagiarism will result in summary rejection of the submission (includes self-plagiarism).<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The content should be written in Times New Roman Font with a size of 12. Line Spacing should be 1.5.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The article should contain endnotes or hyperlinks and NOT footnotes. All endnotes must be in Times New Roman font, with size 10 and line spacing 1. Cite only when necessary.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Submissions must be made in .doc\/.docx formats only.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Authors must include their full name,
