The programme branded as EXARCA denotes \u2018Out of the Box\u2019 seeks to invite domain experts from various fields to connect with HNLU fraternity and the legal fraternity at large. The dissemination of such interfaces with law will expand the horizons of understanding the public policy space and the role of Law in managing such a space.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">The third edition of Ex Arca Webinar will have speakers from HNLU Faculty Fraternity addressing on &#8220;National Education Policy, 2020&#8221; on 28.08.20 from 11am to 1pm. The speakers include Dr Deepak Kumar Srivastava, Ms Rajput Shraddha Bhausingh, Dr Avinash Samal, Dr. Pavesh Kumar Rajput, Dr Ayan Hazra and Dr Dipak Das, who would deliberate on the\u00a0legal interface and various other facets of the topic. Hon&#8217;ble Vice-Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) V. C. Vivekanandan would deliver the introductory note on the need,\u00a0contemporaneity and relevance of the topic. Mr Jeevan Sagar would be the host and anchor while Ms. Debmita Mondal would be the discussant on the occasion.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color:
