conferred by sub-section (1) and clause (b) of sub-section (2) of Section 104 read with sub-section (1) of Section 14 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (35 of 2019), the Central Consumer Protection Authority, with the previous approval of the Central Government, hereby makes the following regulations, namely:&#8211; <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Central Consumer Protection Authority (Allocation and Transaction of Business) Regulations, 2020.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The said regulations shall lay down the regulations under the following heads:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Definitions<\/li>\n<li>Procedure for transaction and allocation of business<\/li>\n<li>Manner and form in which contracts may be executed<\/li>\n<li>Affixation of Common Seal<\/li>\n<li>Reimbursement<\/li>\n<li>Effect of any irregularity of procedure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\">Read the detailed notification
