NALSAR Society of International Law\u00a0is organizing the first webinar for the new academic year by\u00a0Ms. Vanya Kumar\u00a0<\/strong>on the topic ‘Career Opportunities in International Law’\u00a0<\/strong>on\u00a023rd<\/sup> August 2020 (Sunday)\u00a0<\/strong>at\u00a05:30 P.M<\/strong>. Ms. Kumar works as a Legal Officer at the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) – the intergovernmental organization tasked with overseeing the implementation of the Chemical Weapons Convention, and holds an LLM from the University of Cambridge. Before joining the OPCW, she also had a brief stint at the International Criminal Court (ICC).<\/p>\n

Over the last one year, we have come to the realization that not many of us are aware of the career opportunities in interest law or how to go about pursuing them, and believe that this session will help clarify at least some of it. The webinar will be Q&A centric and would span\u00a0roughly an hour.<\/p>\n
