GNLU\u00a0Centre for Law and Economics<\/strong>\u00a0is delighted to announce that it is organizing\u00a0‘GNLU Academy on Law and Economics’<\/strong>\u00a0from\u00a025th August 2020 – 30th August 2020<\/strong>.\u00a0The Academy will be a unique learning experience with personalities such as\u00a0Prof. Thomas Ulen<\/a>,\u00a0Prof. Tom Ginsburg<\/a>,\u00a0Prof. Nuno Garoupa<\/a>,\u00a0\u00a0Prof. Hans-Bernd Sch\u00e4fer<\/a>,\u00a0Prof. Ram Singh<\/a>\u00a0and other\u00a0renowned experts dealing with interdisciplinary\u00a0study of economic tools along with numerous areas of legal study.<\/p>\n

About the Academy\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Covering a wide spectrum of legal areas starting from Constitutional law, Criminal law, Competition law, Finance law, Mediation law, Capital markets, Taxation laws, Legal history and many more; the\u00a0academy\u00a0will not only aim at fostering research and learning interests but will provide the participants to use tools and techniques used in the study of law and economics.\u00a0The purpose of this academy will be to help participants explore the legal areas through an outlook focusing upon the greatest good to respective stakeholders. It will also help them to identify limitations and functions and solutions to improve the quality of respective legal fields.<\/p>\n
