Established in 1997 by the State of Madhya Pradesh, it is one of the first three law schools to have been established under the National Law School system.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b><span style=\"font-family: garamond, times new roman, serif;\">About the Blog<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: garamond, times new roman, serif;\">Cell for Studies in Intellectual Property Rights (CSIPR) is a cell constituted in the National Law Institute University, Bhopal (NLIU) that aims at promotion and development of knowledge in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR). It introduces students to myriad aspects of Intellectual Property laws by organising academic endeavours which include conferences, workshops and also through print publications such as our flagship journal, NLIU Journal of IP Law.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: garamond, times new roman, serif;\">The\u00a0<b>Blog for IP and Technology Law<\/b>\u00a0is an initiative of the students in the CSIPR to encourage research in the field of IPR and to promote an environment of debate and discussion on issues related to Technology law by inviting submissions from interested individuals and publishing them (subject to review). The Blog shall serve as a resourceful one-stop destination for developments and legal insights in fields of IPR and technology law, ensuring further contribution to the existing jurisprudence in them.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: garamond, times new roman, serif;\">Submissions to the blog shall be accepted on a\u00a0<u>rolling basis<\/u>\u00a0and shall be open to\u00a0<b>students<\/b>,\u00a0<b>academicians<\/b>\u00a0and\u00a0<b><wbr \/>professionals<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b><span style=\"font-family: garamond, times new roman, serif;\">Theme\/Topics<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: garamond, times new roman, serif;\">The Blog for IP and Technology Law accepts submissions which add to the discourse in areas of\u00a0<b>Intellectual Property and Technology Laws<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b><span style=\"font-family: garamond, times new roman, serif;\">Submission Guidelines<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00b7\u00a0A post shall be accepted for publication if it falls within the scope of the blog, i.e. intellectual property law and\/or technology law. It is essential that the subject matter of the submissions relates to contemporary issues in IP and\/or technology law. We welcome submissions that explore the commercial implication (e.g. IP &amp; innovation) or industrial relevance (e.g. technology &amp; media) of these laws, as well. Authors are encouraged to contribute to pre-existing literature by providing novel perspectives\/ ideas\/ opinions through their post.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00b7\u00a0A submission shall have at least\u00a0<b>800<\/b>\u00a0words and shall not exceed\u00a0<b>1500\u00a0<\/b>words.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00b7\u00a0Co-authorship of up to\u00a0<b>two\u00a0<\/b>authors is permitted.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00b7\u00a0Submissions must be made in MS Word format\u00a0<b>only<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00b7\u00a0Authors are required to make their submissions\u00a0<b>only<\/b>\u00a0using our\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/GkTeCBfCBWk8j5L29\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/forms.gle\/GkTeCBfCBWk8j5L29&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1597166349330000&amp;usg=AFQjCNEzHw_0pDiWFt110v_uUxBZgYdIQA\">submission form<\/a>.
