The GNLU Centre for Environmental Law, Sustainable Development and Climate Change is pleased to invite you to\u00a0Inaugural Session\u00a0of the GNLU- GSBTM Post Graduate Diploma<\/strong>\u00a0in ‘Biotechnology, Law and Public Policy<\/strong>‘ scheduled on\u00a0Friday the 24th July 2020<\/strong> from\u00a002:00 to 04:00 pm<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

About this session:<\/strong><\/u><\/p>\n

We take this opportunity to\u00a0explain a little about Gujarat National Law University’s (GNLU) noble endeavour to\u00a0provide a forum for multidisciplinary dialogue and reflection between\u00a0subject matter experts including academicians,\u00a0lawyers, ethicists, bioscientists, clinicians, policymakers and other stakeholders.\u00a0We are\u00a0pleased to inform you that on\u00a08th February 2020\u00a0GNLU has entered into an MoU with\u00a0Gujarat State Biotechnology Mission (GSBTM) with an objective to\u00a0Develop Post Graduate Diploma in \u2018Biotechnology, Law and Public Policy\u2019.\u00a0This alliance here has taken academics and technology to the next level\u00a0aimed to refinement in the field of research development and knowledge\u00a0sharing.\u00a0The\u00a0rationale\u00a0of this\u00a0Post Graduate Diploma Course\u00a0orchestrated\u00a0by GNLU and GSBTM\u00a0would be to build a framework that will evolve a roadmap for\u00a0knowledge,\u00a0understanding\u00a0and relevance\u00a0in the legal space of\u00a0biotechnology.\u00a0This can lead to groundbreaking, policy and technical decisions that can complement & supplement and simplify decision making in the emerging and ever-evolving ecosystem of Biotechnology.<\/p>\n
