The Central Government has appointed 20 July 2020, as the date on which certain provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 shall come into force. The Central Government has exercised the powers conferred by Section 1(3) of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. <\/span><\/p>\n
