{"id":232142,"date":"2020-07-13T19:00:37","date_gmt":"2020-07-13T13:30:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.scconline.com\/blog\/?p=232142"},"modified":"2020-07-13T18:13:46","modified_gmt":"2020-07-13T12:43:46","slug":"ibbi-issues-2020-guidelines-on-online-delivery-of-educational-course-by-insolvency-professional-agencies","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.scconline.com\/blog\/post\/2020\/07\/13\/ibbi-issues-2020-guidelines-on-online-delivery-of-educational-course-by-insolvency-professional-agencies\/","title":{"rendered":"IBBI issues 2020 guidelines on Online Delivery of Educational Course by Insolvency Professional Agencies\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India(Online Delivery of Educational Course and Continuing Professional Education by Insolvency Professional Agencies and Registered Valuers Organisations) Guidelines, 2020<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Education by Insolvency Professional Agencies (IPAs)<\/li>\n<li>Education by Registered Valuers Organisations (RVOs)<\/li>\n<li>Delivery of Education<\/li>\n<li>Online Delivery of Education<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>These Guidelines shall apply to delivery of:- <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">(a) Pre-registration educational course under regulation 5(b) of the IBBI (Insolvency Professionals) Regulations, 2016;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">(b) Continuing professional education under clause (ba) of sub-regulation (2) of regulation 7 of the IBBI (Insolvency Professionals) Regulations, 2016;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">(c) Educational Courses under clause (a) of sub-rule (2) of rule 12 of the Companies (Registered Valuers and Valuation) Rules, 2017; and<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">(d) Continuing education under clause<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">(e) of sub-rule (2) of rule 12 of the Companies (Registered Valuers and Valuation) Rules, 2017.
