Petitioner wished to attend the remaining mock tests for practice.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It was noted that vide an order dated 22nd May, 2019 petitioner had prayed for an interim bail on the same ground as has been placed in the present petition and he was allowed to take exam while in custody.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">High Court in the present petition has directed the Jail Superintendent to provide the petitioner with necessary gadgets and an instructor to operate the computer, if require, so that the petitioner can appear in the said main examination as well as mock test series which will be conducted online.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In view of the above, petition was disposed of.
