6 COVID-19 positive persons found"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">7 persons (6 staff members of the High Court Registry and one constable from the Vigilance Department) were found to be COVID -19 positive.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It was further communicated that as per the latest COVID control strategy adopted by the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation, any area in which 3 or more COVID -19 cases are found positive, the said area is declared as Micro Containment Zone and there is complete restriction of movement in such Containment Zone for atleast 14 days.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">After due deliberations, Standing Committee passed the following resolution:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;&#8230;Premises of the High Court be shut down for 3 days starting from Wednesday 8th July to 10th July, 2020.The Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation to carry out a thorough and comprehensive exercise for cleaning and sanitising the entire premises of the High Court, Judicial Academy and Auditorium , including inside of the buildings such as chambers, officers, record rooms, washrooms, etc., during this period.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Judicial functioning of the High Court will remain suspended for the above period.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Gujarat High Court<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><strong>Circular dt. 07-07-2020<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>7 persons (6 staff members of the High Court Registry and one constable from the Vigilance Department) were found to be COVID <\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":8808,"featured_media":206146,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[1188,2],"tags":[42396,40767,40341,3096,42395],"class_list":["post-231903","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-hot_off_the_press","category-news","tag-ahmedabad-municipal-corporation","tag-containment-zones","tag-covid-19-positive","tag-Gujarat_High_Court","tag-standing-committee"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v27.4 (Yoast SEO v27.4) - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-premium-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>Judicial Functioning of Gujarat HC to remain suspended from 8th July to 10th July;
