Delhi High Court:\u00a0<\/strong>As reported by the media,<\/p>\n

the Division Bench of Hima Kohli and Subramonium Prasad, have put a stay in view of the several petitions that were filed earlier against the 50 % reservation in National Law University, Delhi for students who would have passed their qualifying examination from Delhi.<\/p>\n

Bench also directed to issue a new admission notification by 2nd July, 2020.<\/p>\n

Matter has been adjourned till 18th August, 2020.<\/p>\n

Petitions pertained against the introduction of 50% domicile reservation for the students who would have passed their qualifying examinations from Delhi.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
