No telephonic contact with home quarantine individuals"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Whereas, the COVID-19 situation in Delhi is reviewed regularly in the Ministry of Home and Affairs and <strong>it was observed that &#8216;Home Isolation&#8217;
