Singh and Anand Shikhar, Counsels for the respondents submitted that the present PIL is not maintainable and need a period of 10 days for filing the counter affidavit.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Matter to be listed on 15th June, 2020.[Shivam Pandey v.
