Video Conferencing<\/li>\n<li>Preparatory Arrangements<\/li>\n<li>Application for Appearance, Evidence and Submission by Video Conferencing<\/li>\n<li>Service of Summons<\/li>\n<li>Examination of persons<\/li>\n<li>Exhibiting or Showing Documents to Witness or Accused at a Remote Point<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring seamless video conferencing<\/li>\n<li>Judicial remand, the framing of charge, the examination of accused and Proceedings under Section 164 of the CrPC<\/li>\n<li>General procedure<\/li>\n<li>Costs of Video Conferencing<\/li>\n<li>Conduct of Proceedings<\/li>\n<li>Access to Legal
