As a part of our initiative, we encourage discourse that engages diverse practitioners in the field. We have hosted several eminent personalities in this regard, more information on the\u00a0same can be found\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/NyayaForum\/\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">An interactive session announced on &#8216;<strong>Patent Litigation: Drafting Clinic- Part 1: Approaching the Court with &#8220;Clean Hands&#8221;: A hypothetical Saga&#8217;, c<\/strong>onducted by\u00a0<strong>Ms. Swathi Sukumar<\/strong>.\u00a0She is a litigator with 15 years of experience in intellectual property disputes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We will have this session on\u00a0<strong>5th June 2020<\/strong>\u00a0from\u00a0<strong>4:45 to 6:00 pm<\/strong>.\u00a0Students are required to submit a draft plaint\u00a0(not exceeding 4-5 pages) covering the bullet points by\u00a0<strong>2nd June 2020<\/strong>\u00a0and emailing them directly to Ms. Swathi, as mentioned in the pdf. The responses would be discussed in the session on 5th June 2020.\u00a0Interested students must register themselves\u00a0by filling this\u00a0<strong>google\u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/19MrvqkiPWxDMMQBA\"><strong>form<\/strong><\/a><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>at the earliest.Kindly note that we have a <strong>limited slot of 30 seats<\/strong> available for this session on a first-come-first-serve basis.
