As per the Instructions\/Advisory issued along with this office notification dated 21.04.2020 and the directions issued by the\u00a0 Committee constituted to monitor the implementation of the Advisory issued by the High Court of Karnataka for containment of COVID-19 in respect of Staff of High Court including Benches and District Judiciary, the officers and officials of this office are hereby directed to strictly follow the Instructions\/Advisory issued along with the office notification dated 21.04.2020 and any breach of the same would be treated as \u2018misconduct\u2019 which would attract action as per Rules. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Further, the officers \/ officials who have been on any kind of leave and has left the headquarters on or before 24.03.2020, while reporting to duty for the first time, shall get examined themselves before the Doctors in High Court Dispensary and as per the medical advice, if necessary, they must be ready to undergo compulsory home quarantine for a period of 14 days.<\/p>\n
