It also said the provisions related to children and women in the\u00a0labour laws\u00a0would continue.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In view of the above all other labour laws in the State would be suspended with an exception to the above three stated.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Labour is a concurrent subject under the Constitution of India, the states can frame their own laws but they need the approval of the Centre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As reported by Business Standard,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;&#8230;horticultural and economical activities in the states have been severely affected and slowed down due to the outbreak of Covid-19.
