TCLF further aims to act as a medium of discussion between multiple stakeholders of the legal industry through legal research and writing. With a guaranteed outreach across the diverse spectrum of the industry, the forum is an ideal place for the writing community to publish their thoughts on legal issues of contemporary relevance.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>Board of Advisors<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">TCLF is supported by a noted and diverse group of industry professionals, comprising: Mr. Jawahar Lal (Partner, PRA Law Offices), Mr. Talha Abdul Rahman (Advocate on Record, Supreme Court of India), Mr. Suvigya Awasthi (Associate Partner, PSL Advocates &amp; Solicitors), Mr. VatsalyaVigya (Advocate on Record, Supreme Court of India),Ms. Rachana Yadav (Senior Associate, AZB &amp; Partners), Mr. Yash Patel (Associate, Cyril AmarchandMangaldas), Ms. Anindhya Sharma (Associate, InttlAdvocare IP Attorneys), Mr. Sarthak Raizada (Advocate, Supreme Court of India), Mr. Gaurav Pathak (Practicing Advocate and Co-Founder of Centre for Accountability and Systematic Change), Mr. Sharad Verma (Lawyer with Gray &amp; Company, Canada) and Mr. Sameer Avasarala (Associate, Cyril AmarchandMangaldas).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>Submission Guidelines<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">TCLF is a forum for the exchange of ideas and we are open to submissions from all areas of law as long as they have some contemporary relevance.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We invite submissions on a rolling basis throughout the calendar year from members of the bar, legal professionals, law students, or others who are interested in publishing with us.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Submissions should conform to the following guidelines:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Articles should contain content that is both original and unpublished.<\/li>\n<li>Co-authorship is allowed up to 2 authors.<\/li>\n<li>Authors should preferably use hyperlinks within the text itself for citing the resources instead of footnotes.<\/li>\n<li>If hyperlinking the resources is not possible, authors may use Oxford Standard OSCOLA (4th edition) to cite authorities as endnotes.<\/li>\n<li>Authors should restrict their submissions between 1500- 1800 words.<\/li>\n<li>Submissions should be made in Microsoft Word format.<\/li>\n<li>Language used should be British English.<\/li>\n<li>Authors must adhere to the following formatting style; Font style: Times New Roman, Font size: 12 and Line spacing: 1.5.<\/li>\n<li>The articles would be evaluated on the following broad parameters: novelty\/originality of the idea, articulation, structure, relevancy and authors\u2019 insight.<\/li>\n<li>The review process usually takes a week\u2019s time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>Submission Procedure<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Authors interested in submitting a piece are requested to mail their submissions at: <a href=\"mailto:submissions.tclf@gmail.com\">submissions.tclf@gmail.com<\/a>with the subject line \u2018Submission_TCLF\u2019.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The body of the email must contain a short bio of the author(s) and the name of the institution that they are affiliated to.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
