{"id":229032,"date":"2020-05-04T15:00:07","date_gmt":"2020-05-04T09:30:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.scconline.com\/blog\/?p=229032"},"modified":"2020-05-04T13:38:25","modified_gmt":"2020-05-04T08:08:25","slug":"lockdown-3-0-extension-of-suspended-functioning-of-delhi-hc-subordinate-courts-till-17-05-2020","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.scconline.com\/blog\/post\/2020\/05\/04\/lockdown-3-0-extension-of-suspended-functioning-of-delhi-hc-subordinate-courts-till-17-05-2020\/","title":{"rendered":"Lockdown 3.0 | Extension of suspended functioning of Delhi HC &#038; Subordinate Courts till 17-05-2020"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">What the Court Order for suspension of functioning read as?<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">High Court<\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pursuant to Order No.40-3\/2020-DM-1(A) dated 01.05.2020 issued by the Government of India regarding continuance of lockdown upto 17.05.2020 and in continuation of this Court\u2019s Office orders No.373\/Estt.\/E1\/DHC dated 23.03.2020, No.194\/RG\/DHC\/2020 dated 25.03.2020 and No.R-43\/RG\/DHC\/2020 dated 15.04.2020, Hon\u2019ble the Administrative and General Supervision Committee of this Court has been pleased to order that the functioning of the High Court of Delhi shall continue to remain suspended till 17.05.2020 on same terms.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The arrangements qua mentioning and hearing of urgent matters by this Court through videoconferencing shall continue as before.
