In continuation of Ministry of Home Affairs\u2018s Orders No.40-3\/2020-DM~l(A) dated 15th April, 2020, 16th April, 2020\u2018 19\u2018” April, 2020\u2018 21st April 2020\u2018 24th April. 2020 and 29’h April, 2020, and m exercise of the powers, conferred under Section 70(2)(|) of the Disaster Management Act, the undersigned, in his capacity as Chairperson National Executive Committee hereby orders to include the following in the consolidated revised guidelines for strict implementation by Ministries Departments of Government of India, Stale\/Union Territory Governments and Union Territory Authorities:<\/p>\n

Sub-clause (v) under Clause 17 on Movement of persons by trains:<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\n

v.<\/strong> Movement of migrant workers, pilgrims\u2018 tourists, students and other persons\u2018 stranded at different places\u2018 is also allowed by special trains<\/strong><\/span> to be operated by Ministry of Railways(MoR), MoR will designate nodal officer(s) for coordinating with State] UTs for their movement. MoR will issue detailed guidelines for sale of tickets; and for social distancing and other safety measures to be observed at train stations. train platforms and within the trains.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
