(<a href=\"https:\/\/pib.gov.in\/PressReleaseIframePage.aspx?PRID=1618049\">https:\/\/pib.gov.in\/PressReleaseIframePage.aspx?PRID=1618049<\/a>)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>This Order implies that:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>In rural areas, all shops, except those in shopping malls are allowed to open.<\/li>\n<li>In urban areas, all standalone shops, neighborhood shops &amp; shops in residential complexes are allowed to open. Shops in markets\/market complexes and shopping malls are not allowed to open.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It is clarified that sale by <span style=\"color: #008000;\"><em>e-commerce<\/em><\/span> companies will continue to be permitted for <span style=\"color: #008000;\"><em>essential goods only<\/em><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It is further clarified that <span style=\"color: #008000;\"><em>sale of liquor<\/em><\/span> and other items continues to be prohibited as specified in the National Directives for COVID-19 management.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><em>As specified in the consolidated revised guidelines, these shops will NOT BE PERMITTED TO OPEN in areas, whether
