Jharkhand High Court: <\/strong>A Division Bench of Dr Ravi Ranjan, CJ and Sujit Narayan Prasad, J. disposed of a petition with regard to Dead Body Management of COVID-19 infected patients.<\/p>\n

Through a counter affidavit it has been stated by the State that alternate burial\/cremation sites for persons dying due to COVID-19 infection have been identified and notified far away from the populated localities of Ranchi at Bundu.<\/p>\n

Further, the Government of India guidelines regarding Dead Body Management and Bio-Medical Waste management arising out COVID-19 pandemic is being followed strictly and appropriate letter to the authorities concerned has been issued.<\/p>\n
