1. In view of the extension of lockdown announced by the Government of India until 03.05.2020, to curtail the spread of COVID 19, the directions given in the notice dated 22.3.2020<\/a> issued by NCLT are hereby extended upto 03.05.2020.<\/p>\n

2. With regard to functioning of NCLT during Lockdown, the President, in addition to the earlier notices, will take further steps depending upon the exigencies of the litigant public and the same will be announced as and when any further decision is taken.<\/p>\n
