As reported by several media reports, Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC)had issued a circular with regard to wearing of face masks mandatory while moving out in public places.<\/p>\n
If a person will be found violating the same, person will be prosecuted under Section 188 of Penal code, 1860.<\/p>\n
Circular specified that people must wear 3 ply mask or cloth mask.<\/p>\n
After Maharashtra, State of Uttar Pradesh also made the wearing of masks a mandatory thing and not following the same would cause penal action against the person found violating it.<\/p>\n
Delhi’s Chief Minister while stating that wearing of masks is being compulsory said that the same can reduce the spread of Corona virus.<\/p>\n
The above action s are being taken to contain the spread of COVID-19 as the same have been increasing.<\/p>\n
