Tiwari, addressed a letter to Commissioner\/District Magistrate\/ Police Commissioner\/ S.S.P\/S.P. of 15 Districts and gave certain directions regarding complete sealing of hotspots in those districts.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Districts to be sealed are:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Agra<\/li>\n<li>Lucknow<\/li>\n<li>Ghaziabad<\/li>\n<li>Gautam Buddh Nagar<\/li>\n<li>Kanpur Nagar<\/li>\n<li>Varanasi<\/li>\n<li>Shamli<\/li>\n<li>Meerut<\/li>\n<li>Bareilly<\/li>\n<li>Bulandshahr<\/li>\n<li>Basti<\/li>\n<li>Firozabad<\/li>\n<li>Saharanpur<\/li>\n<li>Maharajganj<\/li>\n<li>Sitapur<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">While enforcing the lockdown strictly, complete sealing of affected areas will be done.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Passes handed out to be reviewed and the once which are unnecessarily issue to be cancelled.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Only Home Delivery services will be allowed in the affected areas whereas vegetable markets and shops to be closed in order to maintain the norms of social distancing and lockdown.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sanitisation to be done of all the houses.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">People working for factories\/industries who have to essentially commute, for them pool car arrangements to be ensured.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No one other than persons working for Medical Healthcare Services and those working for essential services will be allowed to step out of their houses.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Above directions to be strictly implemented through Patrolling and regular updates to be furnished in accordance with instructions issued by Health Department.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.scconline.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/Letter-no.-255-PSMS-2020.pdf.pdf.pdf\">Letter no. 255-PSMS-2020.pdf.pdf<\/a><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Office of the Chief Secretary of Uttar Pradesh<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\">[Letter dated: 08-04-2020]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Chief Secretary of Uttar Pradesh R.K.
