Chief Justice of the Allahabad High Court noted that several Lawyers have been mentioning urgency for listing the minor bail applications relating to minor offences.<\/span><\/p>\n

Registrar {J} (Listing) detailed that a good number of fresh minor bail applications were pending for consideration.<\/span><\/p>\n

Thus, Chief Justice deems it appropriate to get the minor bail applications. which were in daily cause list of 18th March, 2020 be listed before the Court on 7th and 8th April, 2020 and matters of the daily cause list of 19th March, 2020 be listed before the Court on 9th and 10th April, 2020 before the following Benches:-<\/span><\/p>\n
