Justice Rajnesh Oswal\u00a0becomes First Judge of J&K HC to be sworn in, after abrogation of Article 370 of the Constitution of India.<\/p>\n

His appointment was notified through Notification No. K.I3021\/01\/2020-US.I Dt. 29th January, 2020 issued by the Government of India, Ministry of Law and Justice.<\/p>\n

Oath was administered today at 12.30 pm by the Chief Justice of the Jammu and Kashmir High Court in the Conference Hall ofJammu wing of the High Court. The ceremony was was transmitted through internet.<\/p>\n
