It was established in 2006 by the Punjab Government as a university dedicated to the field of Legal Education.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">RGNUL Financial and Mercantile Law Review was set up as an academic initiative to promote research and debate in areas of financial and economic law. The review looks to understand the legal paradigm prevalent in India and abroad and how it affects finance and other cross border mercantile activities.\u00a0The journal aims at giving the opportunity to legal academia, research scholars, legal practitioners and students to publish work that is at the cutting edge of doctrinal, theoretical and empirical research.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><strong>Call for Blogs<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">The Editorial Board of the RGNUL Financial and Mercantile Law Review (RFMLR) invites blog posts from legal practitioners, academicians, research fellows, undergraduate students, postgraduate students, etc., for RFMLR Sidebar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><strong>Theme<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">The theme of the blog series<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>is \u201c<strong>10 years of Competition Law Enforcement: A decade of New Antitrust Regime\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0and some of the suggested sub-themes are:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Analysis of Draft Competition (Amendment) Bill, 2020<\/li>\n<li>CCI\u2019s Market study on E-commerce: The way forward<\/li>\n<li>An Appraisal of 10 years of Competition Law Enforcement<\/li>\n<li>Competition law and Telecom sector: Drawing the line<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Interdisciplinary aspects of Antitrust Laws<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Big Data and AI: Challenges for Competition Law<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0CCI and sectoral jurisdiction<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><strong>Submission Guidelines:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">1)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The co-authorship is limited to a maximum of two authors.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">2)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 All submissions must be in Times New Roman, font size 12 and Spacing 1.5.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">3)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Submission should contain endnotes instead of footnotes. All endnotes shall be in Times New Roman, font size 10 and single-spaced.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">4)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Word Limit for each submission is between 1000 to 1300 words (exclusive of Endnotes).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">5)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The submission should be accompanied with a covering letter specifying the author\u2019s name, designation, institute, contact number and e-mail for future reference.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">6)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 All entries should be submitted in .doc or .docx format.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">7)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 All selected entries will be published on the RFMLR Sidebar at\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/rfmlr.com\/\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=http:\/\/rfmlr.com\/&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1585493311005000&amp;usg=AFQjCNEga3GrQtRElpECo9635ofQ80rJNw\">rfmlr.com<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">8)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 A certificate of appreciation will be given to authors who have a minimum of 3 entries published on the sidebar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">9)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The entries must be original, unpublished and an outcome of the author\u2019s own efforts.\u00a0<strong>The plagiarism limit is 12%.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">10) The authors by submitting their entry would be deemed to have divested the copyright to RFMLR, however, all moral rights shall remain with the author(s).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><strong>Citation Format<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><em>The Bluebook, A Uniform System of Citation<\/em>\u00a0(20th Ed.) is to be followed for citation.
