Objective of the SRDC ADR Magazine The ADR Student Research Group, under the aegis of the Student Research Development Council, is proud to launch its flagship initiative, the SRDC ADR Magazine, a bimonthly publication inviting submissions from experts, working professionals and students interested in the field of Alternative Dispute Resolution. The aim of the Magazine is to keep pace with the recent developments, judicial decisions and practices being adopted in Indian and Foreign jurisdictions. The aim is also to allow and promote a comparative and interdisciplinary understanding of various dynamics shaping this field of study. The first edition of the ADR Magazine for February-March, 2020 is scheduled to be released in the first week of April 2020 Interested students are hereby invited to submit blog articles.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The submission guidelines and SRDC editorial policy are as follows: Themes Authors may make submissions on topics pertaining to any one of the following themes:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Indian Arbitration practice<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sector-specific\/industry specific analysis<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">International Commercial Arbitration<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">negotiation<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mediation<\/li>\n<li>Comparative of global trends and best practices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Please note that the above list is not exhaustive and authors are free to write on issues falling broadly within the field of Alternative Dispute Resolution.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Submission &amp; Formatting Guidelines:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Co-Authorship: Co-authorship is permissible only up to a maximum of two authors.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Word Limit: 800-1500 words (exclusive of citations).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Body: The body of the manuscript should be in Times New Roman, Font Size 12 and line spacing 1.5.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Footnotes: The footnotes should be in Times New Roman, Font Size 10 and line spacing 1. The citations must conform to the Harvard Bluebook style of citations, 20th edition. No hyperlinks are allowed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cover Letter: The submission should be accompanied by a Cover Letter, within the manuscript attached and must contain the following details:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Name of the Author(s)<\/li>\n<li>Contact Details- Address and Mobile Number<\/li>\n<li>Name and Address of the Institution of the Author(s)<\/li>\n<li>Academic Qualifications\/Affiliations of the Author(s)<\/li>\n<li>Title of the Manuscript<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mode of Submission: Authors are requested to submit their manuscripts before 11:59 PM on 30th March, 2020. The submissions can be made via email to the SRDC ADR editorial team on the following email ID: srdc@gnlu.ac.in The email should contain the manuscript in doc or doc.x format accompanied by the cover letter as per the aforementioned specification.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Copyright and editorial policy:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Submissions made to the SRDC are on exclusive basis. The submissions must not have been previously published or submitted for publication elsewhere. The contribution presented to and accepted for publication along with the copyrights therein shall be the intellectual property of the SRDC and vests with it. SRDC strives to promote originality and commits itself to strict requirements of integrity. Plagiarized works shall be ineligible for publication.
