However, the matters in which urgent hearing is required, will be listed before and heard by the Bench.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Following matters will be treated as the matters requiring urgent hearing:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Matters in which an immediate stay of execution proceedings or of an order passed in such proceedings is sought and such an order cannot be deferred till the next date of hearing.<\/li>\n<li>Matters in which stay of the arrest warrants or recovery certificate issued, or directed to be issued, or of the sentence passed by Consumer Forum is sought.<\/li>\n<li>Any other matter which, in the opinion of the listing officer requires urgent hearing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Matters requiring urgent hearing is sought will be mentioned before the listing officer Mr Iqbal Ahmed, Deputy Registrar in Registrar&#8217;s Court and in case an advocate or a party in person is not satisfied with the decision of the listing officer, he will be entitled to mention the matter before Bench concerned for urgent listing.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Only one Advocate who has to argue the most urgent matter, accompanied by only one party, will be allowed to enter the Court Rooms.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">New matters will not be listed for hearing till 15-04-2020, unless an urgent hearing in terms of this Circular is allowed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No Advocate, Party, Staff Member, Visitor or other person will be allowed to enter the premises of the Commission if he is suffering from COVID-19 Novel Coronavirus disease or if he has any of symptoms of COVID-19 Novel Coronavirus such as fever, dry-cough or breathlessness.<\/p>\n<hr
