Mukhopadhaya, as Chairperson, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) on 14.03.2020, Central Government hereby appoints, Justice (Retd.) Shri Bansi Lal Bhat, Member (Judicial), NCLAT, as officiating Chairperson in terms of Rule 10(1) of the Tribunal, Appellate Tribunal <\/span>and other Authorities (Qualifications, Experience and other Conditions of Service of Members) Rules, 2020 for a period of three months<\/span> with effect from 15.03.2020 or until a regular Chairperson is appointed or until further orders, whichever is earliest.<\/p>\n
