Constitution of Twenty-second Law Commission of India for a term of three years <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

President accords sanction to the constitution of the Twenty-second Law Commission of India for a period of three years, consisting of:<\/p>\n

(i) a full-time Chairperson;
\n(ii) four full-time Members (including Member-Secretary);
\n(iii) Secretary, Department of Legal Affairs as ex officio Member;
\n(iv) Secretary, Legislative Department as ex officio Member; and
\n(v) not more than five part-time Members.<\/p>\n
